ByKolles Racing, founded in 2000, is a German motorsport team led by team principal Collin Kolles and based in Greding, nearby Nuermberg. We are developing a Le Mans Hypercar (LMH) that competes in the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC). Our team stands for passion, innovation, and excellence in motorsport. With over 20 years of experience in Formula 1, LMP1, LMP2, DTM, and Formula racing, we are now taking on one of the greatest challenges in motorsport – the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

In addition to the continuous development and operation of the Le Mans Hypercar ""Vandervell 680,"" we are working on other exciting projects, both on the racetrack and the road. 

We are currently looking for motivated Assistents to support our team management.

- Assistant tasks for the executive management  

- Independently managing secretarial filing and handling confidential records  

- Receiving, forwarding, and managing phone calls and emails  

- Scanning, electronically forwarding, and filing documents and incoming mail  

- Communicating with international business partners in English  

- Managing and procuring office supplies  

- Booking business trips, preparing travel expense reports, and handling expense claims  

- Preliminary accounting, managing cash transactions, and maintaining the cash book  

- Preparing payroll accounting  

- Recording vacation days, absences, and overtime  

- Successfully completed commercial training  

- Accounting knowledge  

- Commitment, reliability, teamwork, and strong communication skills  

- Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written  

- Good proficiency in English  

- Confident, professional, and friendly demeanor, even when dealing with clients and service providers  

- Good knowledge of MS Office applications  

- Independent and structured working style  

- Possession of a Class B driver's license and a personal vehicle is desirable
