Honda engine K20 as a basis
- Engine conversion to large steel bushings with machined sealing surface block, forged pistons 10:1 compression, steel connecting rods, finely balanced crankshaft, main and connecting rod bearings made of tri-material material, cylinder head with new inlet-exhaust valve made of highly heat-resistant material, new valve springs, chain, tensioner, dry sump system with oil pump oil pan.
Total duration: 5 hours
- C38 compressor including brackets on the engine, belt drive, deflection rollers, oil system, oil cooler.
- EFI Euro 4 control unit including lambda controller, lambda probe, pressure sensor, engine wiring harness
- Individual tuning on the test bench
